Individual sound healing session

1 Hour

At the beginning of the session, I'll ask how you feel to understand your needs better and provide personalized care. You'll remain fully dressed and lie on a massage table or on the floor  (comfortable clothes are recommended).

 

During a sound healing session, instruments are placed around and on your body, creating a "sound bath."

 

The vibrations massage areas of blockage, restoring a balanced flow of energy and addressing physical pain or energy obstructions. The sounds promote relaxation and release on physical, energetic, and emotional levels.

Group Sound Baths

1 Hour

During a sound bath group session, you will lie down on a yoga mat wearing comfortable clothes surrounded by cushions and blankets.

An eye mask will help you fully immerse in the sounds and vibrations.

The sounds of various instruments will transport you to different places, you will feel deeply relaxed, immerged in a magical state between sleep and daydreaming.
