Enjoying the journey : Everyone who knows me know how obsessed I was with running. I used to do between 5 and 8 hours of training every week for +10 years.
I think deep down I was scared to slow down, to be with myself if I wasn’t « doing ». Who was I?

It took me lots of courage and attempts to decide to step away from something that was no longer serving me.

How did I learn to listen to my body? I started small - just feeling, noticing and allowing myself to be present.
Often, I would hear my critical inner voice and I would stop right in the middle of a yoga practice because it was not "good enough" , I wasn’t good enough but I kept coming back.

And little by little I realized- this was the most beautiful act of self-love.

Don’t get me wrong I still love running and exercising but I want to do it with fun, joy, love.

Tarot is a soul language—a powerful tool for exploring your energy, reflecting on where you are, and opening yourself up to new possibilities.

I’m often asked if Tarot predicts the future. It doesn’t. Instead, it helps you connect with your essence, tune into your intuition, and feel through the subtle layers of your being.

I trained in India, never expecting Tarot to be part of my journey. But I surrendered to the process, only to later discover that my grandmother was a reader too. Sometimes, life has a way of guiding you back to your path.

I’m deeply grateful for my mentors and for those who trust me to hold space for them in this practice. It’s a privilege to share these moments with you.
